Happy Merry ChristmasChanukahKwanzaa!

We write this morning to all the boys and girls from within our snow-encased apartment. We woke up this morning to find that Santa had broken in, left presents, and had the gall to use our Nintendo Wii box to give Meaghan a coat. I thought we had another Wii.

We really have had a great morning. Grandma Lil' had the insight to give Meg and Evie some presents before she was whisked off to Michigan. We love you G-ma!

Mike's dear sister Bex decided to come stay the week with us, and has been nothing but a pain in the butt. Actually, she has stayed home with Meg to help out around the house, and even received a few small trinkets in her stocking.

A blessing for our blessing.

Over Thanksgiving we were able to bless Evelyn Sihaya in the Mindi Meadows ward in Utah. We were waiting for some of the pictures to come back to us so we could show our fans what a wonderful day it was.

Evelyn was blessed with some very special gifts, among which was knowledge and being a strong example to others. That Sunday also happened to be one of the young men's missionary farewell, so it was definately easy to fill the meeting room to the point of explosion. What a great day for all of us. Especially Evie's dad, who had no idea what he was doing.

We also want to say "thank you" so much to Rose at Mountain View hospital.

She brought us this beautiful dress. We love you Rose!

The Styling's of the Baby

With both Meg and Mike Blair raising a child. it is inevitable that the baby turn out to be a model. Ta da..................

The members of the family are continually asking for more pictures. We think this should hold you over for a while.

Thanksgiving Investment

This Thanksgiving was great. We not only got to see our families but we made one of the best investments possible.

We traded in our money vortex of a daughter for this lovely, cost efficient Lamborghini. What do you think?

We also had one of the best vacations we have had as a married couple. Our residence for the week was in Mike's grandparents finished basement. We really appreciated having our own space; access to our own bathroom, and choice of a bedtime really gave us some freedom.

The real treat of the weekend was the fact that we spent most of our time with the Pascual's. Rico and Sokimna stayed with us, and with their company, neither Meg nor I felt very obligated to have to spend time with our own families. We had our own time.... ahhh!

Happy Thanlsgiving... next year.

Tummy Time!

Here are some pictures of Sihaya working on her tummy muscles and trying to roll over. She worked on it for some time and didn't get angry. I was kind of surprised; but happy at the same time. She was also making the cutest cooing noises. Everything she does is cute.

Sihaya's First Trick

Mike and Evie are bonding. This is the sacred ritual of hoping that through annoying a person enough, they will learn to love you. Hey, it worked in high school!

All Hallows Eve

So we got home just in time to celebrate this wonderful holiday. Our ward had a trunk-or-treat. We just sat in Sokimna and Rico's car and handed out there candy. We were to lazy to get our own. We'd just gotten back from a trip, give me a break. :)

But isn't our little chicken the cutest.

Mike's brothers were here for the holiday. And so was Sokimna's sister. So here are some pictures of the brothers, the sister and my husband. They're all adorable.

To the Rescue...

My mother was having a little bit of trouble with her shoulder. She needed to have surgery on it and soon. Since my father was going to be out of town on the day of the surgery and Michelle is working full time and my baby sister needed someone to get her off to school in the morning.

So Evelyn, who was about 6 weeks old, and I got to fly down on an plane to come to the rescue of Grandma Maureen. We were there for about 6 days. Evelyn's daddy was very lonely without her. But he survived. These are pictures of our Sunday down there and a cute position I found her sleeping in.

Now when Grandpa Brad, or Papi as we loving like to call him, got home from his business trip it was two days before Halloween and my sisters hadn't yet carved pumpkins. So we went to a pumpkin patch and these are some of those photos.

Happy Halloween!

Rico's Birthday

We went out to eat for our next door neighbor's birthday. We went to Wingers and it was the first time we had the baby really uncovered. Needless to say it was an evening full of 'oohs' and 'ahhs'. The sad point of the evening was when our waitress came up and asked Mike and Sokimna how old Evelyn was, instead of asking Mike and I. My baby doesn't look like me and I'm just going to have to come to terms with that. But we had fun celebrating Rico's birthday.

This is Evelyn's future husband, Eli. He likes to hold her hand and sit next to her.

To sleep is a time to ponder...

These are some of the favorite positions that little Sihaya loves.

Sleeping with the Dad

These are some pictures that I got with the babe and Mike napping together.

Being Home

These are just a few of the many pictures that we have taken of our new pride and joy. She's just so cute, I can't help it. Her age ranges from a few days old to 6 weeks. That's how old she is today.
