Cooking Experiments

It has been a week of experiments for both my husband and myself. I spent my time with a dough called fondant and Mike with five huge racks of ribs and a home made dry rub to go on them. The above cake was the crowning jewel of my week. I've also included some pictures of some mini cakes Becca and I made and then a picture of the dry rub for the ribs before it was mixed. The ribs were a little strong and the fondant a little greasy but all in all, both projects were edible...

Okay, the point is that we had fun and are learning by trial and error. :)
